Any character from SCP. It can be whatever power level you want. It's just not very good fiction for consumption. It kicks ass on battleboards. It's just no fun because it always boils down to "SCP-whatever is infinitely multiversal and the Foundation has meta narrative petablabity blah blah manipulation"

I think that Naruto speeds are wanked, especially for the part 1 characters.

I liked it better when SCP wasn't about Outerversal gods and stuff and just had some unique and creepy SCPs that were like tier 9 or 8 at best.
