Based on its resemblance, I'd assume that structure she made has a similar volume to the Golden Gate Bridge.
If I knew the mass of the GGB, since I know the GGB is some amount of steel & concrete, I also have an idea of the GGB's density.
Unfortunately, Google's results are oddly inconsistent about the mass of the Golden Gate Bridge; Some sources tell me 870,000 tons, others 1,770,000,000 pounds, & even another tells me 380,000,000 kilograms!

Still, we have at least a minimum. I'm told 88,000 tons of it (Presumably US tons) is steel, so I'll assume the density of steel for that portion, & the density of concrete for the remaining 799,000 tons.

This crudely estimates the volume of the Golden Gate Bridge as 311934050000 cubic centimeters, so if Wonder Woman's structure has the same volume & the materials of a penny....
The US Penny's composition varies, but for a lot of the mid-20th century (I presume that comic is from around then.), it was 95% Copper, & the other 5% was Zinc, sometimes with Tin. For simplicity, I'll assume it's just Copper & Zinc.

Using the densities of those materials with the volume determined above, we can figure out how much this "Wonder Bridge" weighs!

2,655,180,000 kg for the copper portion, & 111,251,000 kg for the remaining 5%.

So, if I didn't screw up my math right, the Wanda Bridge is HEAVIER than what it imitates. Makes sense, since, AFAIK, copper & zinc can be denser than concrete & steel.
Assuming a typical 2.5 gram penny, it has around 1,106,572,400,000 (Over a trillion!) times more mass than the penny it was created from!
Using the measures of a penny to approximate a typical Penny's volume, this "Wonder Bridge" would be about 720,011,369,351.95 times more Voluminous than the penny it was made from!

....But if this comic was printed after 1948, I doubt that's what people will be concerned with. Why?
Because that's when Title 18, Chapter 17, Section 331 seems to have come into effect, which says:

"Whoever fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales, or lightens any of the coins coined at the mints of the United States, or any foreign coins which are by law made current or are in actual use or circulation as money within the United States; or

Whoever fraudulently possesses, passes, utters, publishes, or sells, or attempts to pass, utter, publish, or sell, or brings into the United States, any such coin, knowing the same to be altered, defaced, mutilated, impaired, diminished, falsified, scaled, or lightened—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both."

So yeah. Wonder Woman should go to jail, not simply because she broke the laws of physics, but because she broke the laws of the United States, too!
If stretching a penny into a knockoff version of a famous bridge isn't "fraudulently altering it", I don't know what is!

Wonder Woman's a criminal! (Like so many other vigilante "superheroes".)
Oh, & also, under real world physics, expanding its mass this fast might generate a lot of heat. Possible explosions or superheating that melt &/or destroy the bridge &/or kill the people she was trying to help. (But I'm not entirely sure about that part.)
