A guy who had to dress up like a clown for work so he threw a hissy fit, put on a magic ring which fused him with a god-like radioactive dog among other things, and decided to destroy everything in existence.
Betty Crocker who is secretly the former ruler of an inter-galactic race of warmongering internet trolls and also happens to work for a nigh unkillable time lord.
A nigh unkillable time lord who is part puppet, cyborg, and skeleton like alien.

And an omniscient puppet with a cueball for a head.
Also the universe is a sentient frog, their are four quadrents of romance, and said war-mongering internet troll have a caste system based on blood color. And that's just for starters.
