2 Light Hawk Wings (Tenchi Muyo)

God Cloth Armor (Saint Seiya)

Youre not even asking who can beat hulk, you're asking who can get past those items and then literally pimp hulk so hard he dies to death, forever, because it'll probably take someone if that caliber to do so. Basically hulk being here doesn't matter at all.

Shit, I read a word wrong but my point still stands, hulk is still a literal no factor and instead of him getting pimped it's the otherway around since the strongest person he can beat is still someone who could ohko him otherwise. Hulk being here doesnt matter as Ban already said, him or someone far weaker, the result doesn't change.
