Currently, Morganthe in her shadow Morgnathe form is listed as 3-A. High 3-A with the Song of Creation.
However, The Song of Creation itself is 2-B. While she could only control a fraction of this power, a fraction of 2-B should still be 2-B. Furthermore, even her "base" form could handle a fraction of it's power, so her adult key should get "2-B with The Song of Creation", but of course, in her Shadow Morganthe key it would be a higher degree of 2-B
Furthermore, instead of 3-A, she should be "At least Low 2-C, possibly higher". Shadow Magic, at its weakest can rebuild and manipulate reality to the users whim, and it even formed the multiverse itself. We don't know if Morganthe means the entire multiverse when she says "I'll rewrite the Spiral", but it is clear it should be at least a universal space-time continuuim, as her entire plan is to reset the Spiral.
Finally, even the weakest of shadow users can manipulate reality. Morganthe even without "Shadow Morganthe", as an adult could defeat Shadow Magic users. Adult Morganthe herself should be Low 2-C

Morganthe could defeat Shadow Creatures when she mastered shadow magic. Even Grandfather Spider himself when he was weakened and fatigued, was afraid of fighting Morganthe. Which is relevant because Shadow creatures are afraid of even a weakened Spider.
This would in turn upgrade everyone in Arc 2, and a weakened Grandfather Spider to Low 2-C
Changes (Morganthe). Keep in mind she is in a far lower bound of 2-B than Spider is.

Stated to have destroyed stars in the past and although she could not master Star Magic, she could destroy it) | At least Universe level+ (Quickly surpassed the Shadow Magi that thought her and with her deck of shadows, was going to rewrite the entire Spiral. Offered The Player endless power to rewrite the Spiral). Multiverse level with The Song Of Creation (Was capable of manipulating a fraction of The Song Of Creation) | At least Universe level+, possibly higher (Far stronger than before). Multiverse level with The Song Of Creation (Was about to reset the Spiral, in a similar fashion to Grandfather Spider, but was overwhelmed by the songs full power)
By the way, this would give The Player VERY good Absorption hax. He absorbed ALL of Morganthe's stolen power. Basically, he was a Low 2-C absorbing a 2-B power into himself.
