Hi all. I'll be brief.
According to this lovely calculation courtesy of @DMUA, Monster Hunter Rise's Tetranodon, which is a low-ranked monster apparently considered to be less threatening than Royal Ludroth and Pukei-Pukei, can hoist and throw boulders from the ground in the ranks of Class K.
Furthermore, a turf war between it and Goss Harag, a Rathalos-tier monster, shows the two going head-to-head on rough parity in terms of raw physical bulk, with the latter easily outclassing it due to advantages in speed and aggression.
There is the potential caveat that Tetranodon is kind of the sumo wrestler/raw lifting monster, and it also seems to waddle around clumsily whilst carrying the boulder. That aside, I propose we uplift all large monsters equal to or stronger than Tetranodon (i.e. anything aside from the bears or raptor wyverns) to Class K.
