It. . . .kinda seems like you have a habit of suddenly editing battle rules in order to make it so the guy you want to win is the one who wins via a total stomp. I'm possibly starting to see why that one dude got so angry at you over in the Goku vs. Doraemon thread.

With speed equalized and Shaggy still at 6-C, this is just a stomp/spite thread against Luffy, to be honest. . . .Luffy is nothing more than an especially versatile physical melee fighter, he can't fight against somebody with so many hax with speed equalized.

Of course, if what people are saying is true and Shaggy is getting downgraded to 9-A, then this whole thread is soon going to be irrelevant anyway. Lol.

Oh don´t take it the wrong way, as Shaggy is getting downgraded, I did this in hopes of making the future match with his tier 9 and the weakest version of Luffy that´s registered.

You do know that Luffy's lowest available tier is High 8-C, right?

Well, it was being discussed about a new standart of just x10 times or more AP in comparation fo the other´s durbaility is an stomp, unlike the inwritten rle about x5, so I thought that it could work out.

Luffy is stronger than 6.4 tons by an unquantifiable amount. Shaggy'd need to be 8-C to be 10x weaker than Luffy.

Not even close, man. The gap between the highest end of 9-A and lowest end of High 8-C is itself about 10 times or so. Considering Luffy's vastly greater skill as a fighter (dude has been training to fight since he was a very small child up until the age of 17, if we are talking about High 8-C Luffy), Shaggy's hax won't be able to help him when Luffy is AT LEAST ten times as powerful as Shaggy's durability.
