Gonna point out that this verion of obito can be hit while using kamui by taking him by surprise and that menma doesn't transform into kurama, simply summons him.

G4 is unrestricted so Luffy has the AP advantage. Also current Luffy not only has experience dealing with a far better precog than sharingan but he have future vision too. All the amps coming from Gear makes Luffy hard to kill for Sas-Menma.

Do not forget that Luffy also has size advantage by being small compared to Black Nine-Tails, thus making Luffy hard to hit along with Precog and being an easier target for the King Cobra or King Kong Gun Gear 4th variants of Luffy, being able with its strongest attacks, one-shot Menma, but Low-Mid Regenerationn, make Menma difficult to defeat.
But I vote in Luffy with High-Diff.

Precog will make Luffy be able to escape Menma's BFR with ease, since Luffy with Kenbunshoku Haki's Proficient Use is able to easily predict a few seconds from the future and can escape from the BFR and also this version of Luffy fought and defeated a user of Precog much better than Menma.AstralKing7 said:

Obito (We all know it's essentially Obito in Menma's body) Could get one shot in this situation which is a weird situation since what happens to Kurama if he gets killed? Kamui would be useful but Luffy has Kenbunshoku to counter getting snuck by it. I would see Luffy focusing on Kurama more while avoiding Menma due to his intagibility and he could possibly beat Kurama with a well placed King Cobra (I'm late on One Piece, anything past Drum Island I've only seen bits and pieces). leaving him and Obito.
