Monika absolutely cannot do anything here. Touma’s imagine breaker passively nullifies anything that’s supernatural; IB powers expand far beyond than just mere power nullification. Everything Monika has here is supernatural, even her nature and physiology, hence she cannot harm Touma in any way. Monika is only 10-B physically and has a speed of an ordinary human, this is a one-sided stomp for Touma.
