Mob Psycho 100: Teruki Upgrade

Teruki did surprisingly well against ??? mob, and even stated he had gotten stronger. He even reacted to one of his attacks, and tanked a large psychic attack from him in that state.

Why hasnt he been upgraded?

Sorry been busy, but here's the fight. On page 2 he tanks an attack, seemingly casually, with his psychic powers which eclipsed even the trees.

page 4 he claims to have gotten stronger.

Well it was the devourer, and i dont see any reason for him to hold back. He even almost killed one of the body improvment club members later on.

Honestly, i was just thinking building level or city block considering the size of the explosion he tanked. but it could be possible that he's comparable to base more before he goes 100%

Really? How outdated is this page? lol i guess that's why God dimple doesnt have a page. Base mob should be strong enough to lift the broccoli into the ocean like dimple did after he absorbed mobs power.

Dimple even says he rivaled his current power level. It seems alot of ppl need upgrades.

That tree was said to be the conjuction of people's will and a lot of other energies, also he was referring to Mob strongest forms, since in base was showcased to have a lot of feats below that.

Shigeo blocked an attack from Dimple in base. Where Dimple couldnt control his power, and thought he killed him. He was def refering to his base form.

Also once mob went 100% he imediately ourged his power.

I personally think it's warranting enough of an upgrade. The ???% attacked him numerous times but he was able to hold his ground each time. And the ???% form isn't the type that holds back either.

The question becomes how far we can scale him. This is the first time someone the likes of Mob's ???% Level has been shown and it seemed to be getting stronger as time passes. At bare minimum I believe it should be safe to consider Teruki equal to CB - MCB in that case.

Speed is another issue but he was able to survive against him and match his reactions.

Ritsu himself might have one too but on a much smaller scale. Then again he was still able to match ???% even for the briefest moment... So he's likely weaker than Teruki.

Wrong value, whoops, what I mean is that to scale Teruki higher to them. But then again, this is a good spot to upgrade the others too. I remember the Broccoli explosion being something that would level the city, the storm cloud rating that could lead close to that level, and Mob wiping out an entire city and more in his fight against Mogami.
