Death wins!

The Chaos gods as powerfull as they are draw their power from the real world. Slaanesh gets it's power from desire and certain other acts similiar to that, worship also plays a mayor role.

I had complexe discussions about how a Chaos god could be destroyed. The most commonly accepted theory is that killing of all live would destroy them because they don't have a power source anymore. Without life there aren't any emotions to feed from.

Now in 40k that would hardly be a good solution because, well everybody is dead and not sure how to accomplish that at all.

But Death has this ability! Beeing almost omnipotent and on top of that she could also revive them seconds later such as nothing ever happened. Nothing except the fact that chaos had recently perished though..
