Ui Goku
as Mf doesnt have any homing attack or huge aoe attack which means goku probably wont be getting hit all that much
while goku has other powers such as teleportation,sealing etc and just being a better fighter in CQC

If it's UI Omen, then Goku takes this mid difficulty. If it's MUI Goku, then Goku takes this easily.
Fortune doesn't have any decent hax and is probably baseline. MUI is waaayyyy above baseline, so Goku has the AP advantage. Goku has instinctive reaction which means that Sarah would have a very hard time hitting him. Speed is unequal and I don't know how fast Fortune actually is (it's stated that she can cross galactic and universal distances in a short time but I don't know the exact numbers) but Goku could actually blitz. Also, Goku is much better at CQC. So my vote goes to Son Goku.

UI Goku already beat SG Janna who has more hax, is stronger, is more skilled, and is more experienced that SG Miss Fortune. Why is this fight even happening?
