Minor SCP-096 downgrade

SCP-096 should honestly have his "likely higher" tier removed. The tier reasoning being, " Stated that there is no known material on the planet that SCP-096 cannot eventually rip its way through. ". This statement doesn't prove that he can destroy entire city blocks or eradicate towns, if anything it'd go to his normal High 8-C tier, and even regardless of that, the statement could likely be a hyperbole or false statement.

SCP-096 could also get his " At least " tier removed too, since he scales to SCP-682, who doesn't have the At Least tier on his profile.

We either await to get approval from more people, especially an admin, or an argument against this downgrade.

The 'at least' is because SCP-682 was completely mauled by SCP-096 (SCP-096 reduced SCP-682 to 15% of it's original body mass) and couldn't actually do anything to SCP-096.

The 'likely far higher' is because SCP-682 would've likely tried to adapt to be able to take hits from SCP-096 to no avail, and SCP-096 continued tearing SCP-682 to shreds despite SCP-682 attempting to adapt and become stronger than SCP-096.

That's not what the feat states, that and if that's true SCP-682 would scale off of it too.

the point is even base SCP-682 with no adaptations is High 8-C. it would try to adapt to try and kill SCP-096. An adapted 682 is almost certainly far stronger than it's unadapted state. SCP-096 still ripped SCP-682 apart with no issue. Reducing another High 8-C that's stronger than it's weaker (Also High 8-C) previous state to chunks of meat via physical attacks is most likely grounds for an 'At Least'.

Why would SCP-682 scale to SCP-096? the only thing SCP-682 did was get stomped by SCP-096.

If he got stomped by 096, I feel like like the 'At least' should get removed, or at least a better form of reasoning towards his Attack Potency could at least work.
