What does its translation have to do with me removing it? its from the chinese branch, it shouldn't be in the extended canon key it should actually be in another key, but that'd require calcing his other stuff (which isn't translated as far as im aware)
also, 096 is getting like a whole new page apparently, so not really worth making an entire new key for a page thats gonna get replaced with a better one soon. better to just remove the ability.
