Alright so, Currently, the Libra Weapons are 2-C. Low Multiversal. However, the Athena Exclamation is Low 2-C. Universal+. They should be 2-C however, as the Athena Exclamation is regarded as being a better option for offense then the Libra Weapons. This is shown when 2 Libra Saints, who have access to the Libra Weapons, and reason to use them, do not use them, opting instead to use the Athena Exclamation.

This means the Athena Exclamtion is superior to the Libra weapons. Now for context, literally None of the Libra Saints, or indeed, Gold Saints in general want to use the Athena Exclamation, as it’s highly dishonorable to use it on a single opponent, which is what was happening. It’s always the absolute last option, as it’s usually considered a very dishonorable technique. Therefore, A.E should be 2-C via being > A Libra Weapon.

I'm working on my cosmology blog and the "big bang" may be MUCH bigger than even 2-C.

There appears to be 2 different big bangs in the verse. As SSO describes there was a big bang for the macrocosm and that's usually referred to as the "primordial big bang."

And 2ndly; the AE ripped a hole in Hades UW in GA. It came clutch to rescuing Shura and a weakened Hades was trying very hard to hold things together.

Idk about that one. I agree A.E should be > Low 2-C as a tier

but Camus ice coffin could withstand the the power of several gold saints combined. The libra sword could cut it like better.

in SSO; The Libra Sword could damage the Cataclym slash but the AE needed to be Uber Amped with the power of Omega + The soul of Genbu to destroy it + the AE had to be focused into the part that the Libra Sword Damaged.

Even though the Libra Saints participating in the Athena Exclamation have all their weapons, they’d still rather use the AE. So I’d suppose the Athena Exclamation would be 6 times Stronger then the Libra Weapons, as 3 Gold Saints can wield 6 of them in total, and they still would rather use the Athena Exclamation(Which Again, is only used if all other options are futile).

The problem is that the example you use comes from the anime continuity and something different was seen in the manga continuity, for example in Saintia Sho, the Gold Saints (Aiolia, Mu, Shaka, Aldebaran and Milo) preferred to attack with the Libra Weapons to destroy the comet Neo Repulse with the power of three gods. Also in the Wailing Wall we could see that the Gold Saints (Mu, Shaka, Dohko, Aiolia and Milo) preferred to concentrate all their cosmos in the Libra Weapons, instead of using the Athena Exclamation combined with the power of the sunlight. The Gold Saints only use only one weapon on most occasions, because they concentrate all their cosmos on that weapon.

The Athena Exclamation is only the power of three Gold Saints at the maximum at a single point.

The Libra Weapons in the hands of a Gold Saint, is the maximum power of a Gold Saint focused on the weapon, plus the power that this weapon possesses, plus the power that the Cloth gives to its user (because the weapons are made of the same material as the Cloths).

The Athena Exclamation is stronger than one Gold Saint using one of the Libra Weapons, but probably no stronger than three Gold Saints attacking with three Libra Weapons at full power.

The description of the Freezing Coffin of Camus is just hyperbole or exaggeration within this story, as this was broken by Hyoga's power with absolute zero and the 7th Sense (a power that is weak in comparison to a Golden Saint such as Gestalt), and the Ice Wall of Hyoga, described as equal or is probably even superior (Hyoga describes it as comparable to the Freezing Coffin, although we know that Hyoga is much more powerful than Camus), was destroyed with a single blow from Minos, the weakest Underworld Leader in terms of physical power.

At that time the Tenchihōmetsuzan was in Hyperion's hands and as he described this weapon only released its true power in his hands, when Genbu damaged this weapon it was in the hands of a Pallasite like Aegir. Also, the Gold Saints were fighting against the full power of this weapon in that attack.
