I'm planning 2 larger threads down the line. This one is aimed at changes that have little bearing on the current scaling, and the next will probably focus on circular scaling.
Feel free to bring up any more small scaling changes that need to be made.
During the Paramount War, Luffy mentions that Smoker was much stronger than their previous encounters, which includes their scuffle in Alabasta. This might not justify a separate key entirely, but it's at least worth mentioning that Smoker isn't as strong in previous arcs.
Also, Smoker only overwhelmed Luffy at any point during Marineford because he used his Seastone Jitte, which is so potent that it could completely immobilise Luffy during the Alabasta Arc. I don't remember if Devil Fruit users become less durable due to Seastone exposure (outside of durability-enhancing abilities, of course), so maybe he can scale to Marineford Luffy via making him bleed with a strike.
Bon Clay's attacks did nothing to the Minotaur at first. The Minotaur needed to be heavily injured by a Buggy Bomb and attacks from G2 Luffy in order for Clay to give him a headache.
who in turn could easily withstand a strike from Gear 2nd Luffy
Does heavy damage to Minotaurus, who tanked a Gear 2nd attack from Luffy
Literally every strike from G2 knocked the Minotaur out for a fair bit, and Luffy off-screens them effortlessly alongside Jinbe. Even Bugg's mini-bombs did more damage to the Minotaur than Bon Clay. Also, this scaling doesn't even make much sense because G2 Luffy could fight Magellan while poisoned and destroy Hannyabal, both of whom are above the Jailer Beasts.
So, where does Bon Clay actually scale? Not that far above base Luffy, who couldn't harm the Sphinx anywhere near as easily. Buggy's bombs, in turn, scale above Bon Clay.
Luffy has these same injuries from before and after the headbutt, just not during the clash due to inconsistent art. The anime still indicates that he experienced pain, though.
MoL made some decent points about this feat overall, so the new justification should be: Her Ul-Zugan clashed with and harmed Luffy.
Was capable of completely overpowering Base Luffy, who considered her “too strong” for his Gear 3rd
Luffy dropped out of Gear 3rd by this point, as we see that his limbs reverted to their normal proportions. She'd still be Large Island level due to Page 1 scaling.
You literally just need to look at the image to see that the vines are piercing his shoulder. We don't even know if Aramaki used Haki to pierce his shoulder (he doesn't in the anime, but the anime isn't always reliable with buso), so I think it's best removing this altogether.
Ryuma was holding back massively, most likely because Ryuma has Brook's shadow and can't feasibly kill him. The part about scaling to Taratan is fine, but needs some evidence.

Smoker (Pre-Time Skip)
Has bested Luffy on several occasions, even during the Marineford War where he was in his Gear 2ndDuring the Paramount War, Luffy mentions that Smoker was much stronger than their previous encounters, which includes their scuffle in Alabasta. This might not justify a separate key entirely, but it's at least worth mentioning that Smoker isn't as strong in previous arcs.

Bentham & Buggy (Impel Down)

Ulti
Matched Post-Udon Prison Training Luffy in a headbutt clash, giving him a bruise in the processLuffy has these same injuries from before and after the headbutt, just not during the clash due to inconsistent art. The anime still indicates that he experienced pain, though.

King
Even without his durability-enhancing flames, Aramaki's haki-infused vines were still unable to pierce his skinYou literally just need to look at the image to see that the vines are piercing his shoulder. Brook (Thriller Bark)
Despite being weaker than Ryuma, he was able to keep up and clash with the reanimated zombieRyuma was holding back massively, most likely because Ryuma has Brook's shadow and can't feasibly kill him. The part about scaling to Taratan is fine, but needs some evidence.
Jesus Burgess
Following the Zou Arc, Burgess ate a Devil Fruit that greatly enhances his strength. I really think this should be mentioned on the profile, because he's unlikely to have any real feats for at least months.
