Minor Observation Haki CRT

Going to make this quick, currently Roger's listed at "at least proficient observation haki" with no justification given.

Upon research Roger is never stated to have observation haki nor has he shown it beyond using the voice of all things

Also Mihawk should scale to Dressrosa's Zoro Haki considering he was the one who directly taught him and brought him to that level. He should also have his Observation Haki mention his feats of sensing Jozu & Sensing/predicting Crocodile in time to block his attack.

Is there a databook stating Mihawk has some form of Mastery of Kenbunshoku? Think it also had a scan of his eyes in it.

It's hard to confirm whether or not Observation Haki is actually in use as opposed to Mihawk just seeing them with his eyes. In Crocodile's case at least, Crocodile intercepted him head-on.
