Back again with another random CRT, this time for a whole game.
Let me get the basics out of the way. The first act of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks sees Zelda get attacked by Chancellor Cole, which causes her soul to be separated from her body. Cole then takes Zelda's body to be used as a vessel for Malladus, leaving Zelda's spirit to wander aimlessly.
The thing is, Zelda was invisible to everyone while in this state, with the most interaction she could have was giving people a chill and a sense someone was there. That is, except for Link, who could not only see her, but could talk to her and accepted her request to not only save her but save all of Hyrule.
Due to this, all Characters that could see and talk to Zelda should get Extrasensory Perception. This includes Link, Chancellor Cole/Malladus, Byrne and the rest of the Lokomo.
Furthermore, Chancellor Cole, and by extension Malladus, should be granted Soul Manipulation for having separated Zelda's spirit from her body in the first place.
And finally, something stupid. Link should get Non-Physical Interaction due to being able to actually touch Zelda with a high five, as can be seen here. (Mobile sucks, skip to 18:25.)
