What does Makoto start with exactly? Man it feels like everyone is getting upgraded these days.

I know that he doesn't usually start with Great Seal, but it's hard to determine because he's a silent protagonist in the game. He probably uses almighty attacks and passive abilities like Tetrakarn and Makarakarn.

Unlike Shulk's previous Persona opponent Makoto doesn't seem to resist Perception and Power Nullification both of which Purge does. Tetrakarn and Makarakarn are both attack reflection which Shulk not only has himself with Spike but resists. Makoto may have Almighty attacks but those get countered with passive Precognition+Shield and Armor arts. To be honest the only thing that I see on Makoto's profile that could be a potential threat to Shulk is sealing. Though the Op said Makoto doesn't start with sealing but still want to know how does it work assuming Minato won't get incapacitated by Purge? Voting Shulk for now.
