This match would actually be hilarious due to Azure's water powers.
Neptune likely take this due to range, though. I don't think he'll be paralyzed in fear when he can shoot his opponent at a comfortable range. Even then he has aura to back him up if the going gets tough.

Milas' massive range will let him get some good hits off. And even though he's weak to electricity, he still can take a huge amount of hits from a strong electricity user.
