Sinse mikey has no Soul resistence, He get's 2 or 3 shooted, but Loox has some of the most basic atacks in undertale, mikey inteligence and acrobacts will probable make the rat basicaly unhittable.

so I would say Mikey Probable skill stomps even if get's 2 to 3 shooted
