Papyrus not dodging in his fight is probably just game mechanics, especially when the guy who does dodge in game is known for exploiting game mechanics. I’m not saying Papyrus has Sans-level dodging, but nothing’s preventing him from just… moving out of the line of fire.

Even if he does dodge, Whats stopping Heavy from just keeping his Minigun on Papyrus? Pappy has no dodging feats and Heavy is used to dealing with mobile opponents like Scout, Soldier, and Demoman.
