Gentle's Base in his second key should be downgraded. The reason being is similar to Sato's Quirk, the multiplier no longer applies in this moment.
La Brava's Quirk grants a boost in power up to dozens of times, however the more love she feels towards her target the stronger they become. We see Gentle becomes more powerful after Lover Mode was already activated while Izuku was fighting him, which allowed him to overpower Izuku, who notes that Gentle just got more powerful. So we already see him go higher then dozens of times.
La Brava states the time apart from Gentle just made her love for him grow even stronger. The implication is obvious, her Quirk is boosting his power far beyond the "normal" amount and that is why he's this strong. As such, Gentle shouldn't be scaling down by several dozen times from his 7-B feat.
Gentle's AP will match his previous key at City Block level, still noting that he is stronger via the prison feat, but that is all.
This effects his physical Lifting Strength as well, bringing it down to Class 25.
Nothing says Love doesn't increase durability, so Gentle will get a higher rating with Lover Mode in his first key. It just means that in his first key the durability boost wasn't that big.
His second key Lover Mode durability will scale to City level, obviously.

New calculation, which puts Final War Arc Chargebolt and Comicman at Low 7-B via their Quirks.
They'll receive a new key and this only applies to their AP with their Quirks. And to make it clear, no one scales to this at all.
Although, Kaminari gets Low 7-B rating against Electric Attacks for his Durability.

This is an overhaul of his Final War Key, to better match up with how we rate his previous Key.
8-A with Manifest, High 6-C with Vast Hybrid, far higher with Plasma Cannon.
His Manifest alone has no feats of harming Tomura's Growth, and the piercing came from his Vast Hybrid. Gave a better description for his Plasma Cannon as well.
His base durability is still High 6-C as he took that attack dead on with no protection. But he gets the two higher ratings from Manifest and Vast Hybrid.

Okay, I'm now going to suggest an overhaul to Endeavor's profile.
High 6-C will Hellflame, higher with Flashfire Fist, far higher with Plus Ultra.
Separating Endeavor's rating based on the fact Flashfire Fist is known to increase his power greatly.
We can see Jet Burn tears off Hood's arm while he was holding onto the building, which shows how much stronger it is from his normal Hellflame.
His Plus Ultra is based on him overpowering AFO in these moments. Endeavor has shown the ability to become stronger during battle by going past his limits like All Might. So he should have a Plus Ultra rating just like him as well. Endeavor's previous barrage of attacks failed to move AFO, yet after going Plus Ultra he could send him flying with a single strike.
Also, gave more reasoning for his durability as well.
