MHA downgrades???

I recently checked on deku and shigaraki’s page and I came o see that both were altered, I’m not sure if this a mistake or someone just messing with the page but deku has been moved down from mountain level to city level and shigaraki has been moved down from city level to small city level, surely this is a mistake???

Edit: it seems that it wasn’t just them all might was also nerfed to small city level what is this madness
