So probably? Although Time Stop isn't really IC for Shadow Mewtwo in terms of battle so ehh. Plus Mewtwo's Precog. isn't passive and Mewtwo's own Mindhax isn't his go-to.

Anyways, seeing as Mewtwo doesn't have 4D level Mindhax or Resistance, Demigra mindrapes gg as it's his go-to move.
