So since Giga is essentially featless outside of game mechanics,this is just composite Bowser vs Metal Overlord,isn't it?In which case,I'm pretty sure Bowser wins if only due to galaxy and party feats.

It's meant to be regular Bowser with his normal feats, with the added bonus of being Giga Bowser, or in other words, Giga Bowser with the Super Mario Bros series Bowser's feats. If that's what composite Bowser would be, then yes, that's what this is.
