Metal Bat vs Tyranitar

I dont know why the hell metal Bat has dozen of meters for range...but thats beside the point
Tyranitar wins due to more versatility in what it can do. much higher range, and overall better tier "Atleast moutain likely higher" is by a decent degree better than just simply a solid "Mountain level"
This match could be closer if you consider Metal Bat and his attacks to be like that of a Fighting Type in Pokemon due to verse equaliation, but that is debateable.
