Ah even though i said resist, doesn't mean he will go completely unharmed, the enemy attack will be very weak instead.
 
Also Orpheus can learn all, I mean all of persona abilities ever. It is hard to determine what Makoto do if he uses Orpheus since there are so many options available.
 
I tried to watch F/A, but plot was shit so I couldn't finished it. I'll vote for Makoto for this one since he has many personas that are resistant to fire or even nulls it completely.
