I agree but since it's Danny; would Danny's ghost powers be considered magic? If not, then most of her magic sealing hax would be irreleant. Also how far into Small Country+ is she? I see a lot of weird scaling from Country Level characters. So far my vote is for Danny via his Ghostly Wail one-shotting.
