And then a regen downgrade. Gotta call out that Mephiles has never reformed after being reduced to lone particles (where does that even come from?). It should be:
Regenerationn (Mid-High. Reformed after being reduced to a gaseous state after taking extensive damage from Team Dark)
The Chaos Emeralds should be listed as his Standard Equipment due to how frequently he has and uses them throughout 06.
