Jason would have to be incapacitated for that but yes it is a possibility, however, that will not happen if Jason is hooked (this being a likely possibility given the gap in strength).

1. Requires his heart to be exposed.

2. Requires Jason's mindhax to overwhelm The Entity's control over Michael. Which sure as hell ain't happening.

1. Shape's mind is protected by the entity, so Jason can't control him to eat the heart.

2. Why would he even go near Jason's heart? He has no reason to.

Michael's feat is casual and is Class K vs. Class 5, so Jason isn't stronger in every way.

The water fear was out of character, but that doesn't mean Jason has an inability to be frightened, he's a little off in the mental department.

Dead by Daylight is about Killers catching survivors and throwing them onto sacrificial hooks so The Entity can take their soul.

But Jason can survive and regenerate from that easily... He survived an explosion that blew up the top half of his body...
