Askin becomes immune after 1 attack and also I don't see how Moliodas can reflect something that is not a projectile. The moment Askin taste a bit of blood Meliodas gets poisoned and dies.

Meliodas can use Hellfire who negate regen, So even if he become immune after the attack he will die or became incapacitate

And Askin can tank it with Blut Vene and even if he gets injured he can keep fighting with Ransōtengai.
