Context: Since Season 6 of Death Battle wrapped up, I decided to do a tournament of the season's winners (I get bored easily, and have a lot of time on my hands. So I figured: Why not?). Currently, I'm up to these two and can't make up my mind, so I decided to make this thread. If this is a stomp of any sort, let me know.

Do you mean how powerful they both are? If that's the case, then EXE in his base form "Defeated Gospel, whose existence began to warp and merge the Cyber World and the Real World together" (from EXE's page). While Hub Form should be superiour to base form, the feat demonstrated there was 2 universes (correct me if I'm wrong).

EXE is pretty high above the 2 universe mark since the feat happened in game 2 out of 6, and Hub should be above normal Bass, who regarded the character who did the feat as basically a joke to him.
