Mega Mewtwo vs Hakumen

Mega Mewtwo X - Hakumen can counter every blow Mega Mewtwo X can throw at him with his variety of counters, especially Yukikaze and Akumetsu, which basically annihilates the opponent if he hits the counter.
Mega Mewtwo Y - It depends if Mewtwo's mind tricks can work on someone who basically doesn't even have a body. If not, Hakumen wins. Hakumen can cut projectiles and basically make small black holes from them (or counter them and slash the opponent back from behind assuming Unlimited Hakumen is being used).
Hakumen also has Time Killer, which kills anyone in one hit unless you have some kinda hax that can allow you to survive it (like Terumi did in Central Fiction).
This is my opinion. I could be wrong.

If this is Super Mystery Dungeon Mewtwo, Mewtwo wins.
If this normal Mewtwo, Hakumen wins with the recent upgrade. Hakumen is immune to mind and time hax and has sword hax that can cut through Mewtwo can erase him from existence.
With Hakumen's 2nd recent upgrade, Hakumen basically blitzes.
