Mega Man can interact with Quint, his future self, with no ill effects to Quint. Somebody else comes from the future and says the future hasn't changed from Mega Man defeating Quint. Note that it is a well known fact that Quint is Mega Man from the future, as it is information that can be found in a museum. This means Mega Man knowing that he'll get kidnapped by Wily in the future did not change the future. This means that Quint, and by extension Mega Man since their the same person, have Time Paradox Immunity.

Mega Man and Dragon Ball are different universes. Trunk's Future is a different timeline. This is the same timeline.

I'm also agreeing with Dark and Numbers on here.

Multiverse theory is a thing in Mega Man, as shown by the existence of the Battle Network timeline. It's entirely possible that Wily simply took the Mega Man from an alternate timeline and pitted him against his present counterpart.

I know, but I am pretty sure interacting with someone from the past IN THE PAST would cause something via buttefly effect

Also with the alternate timeline from SF2

It's stated that it was "The Future" specifically. It even gives how far Wily travels (A little over 34 years or something like that). And somebody else comes from the same future later. The first time is with Quint, the second is with several robots as well as Rockman Shadow. After defeating Rockman Shadow (The second robot Mega Man meets from the future), Mega Man stated that he felt like he had damaged part of himself or something like that. It's from a Japan-only game so the translations are generally loose. Also, Rockman Shadow travels to Mega Man's time AFTER Present Wily has already taken Quint there. This means that even after Mega Man fights Quint and it's fairly common knowledge Quint is future Mega Man, Quint's future is still more or less the same and is still the same timeline, otherwise, Rockman Shadow would have gone to a different past probably. Also, in Quint's data log in MM&B (Can't remember if it's English or Japanese) says he dislikes paradoxes, implying they exist in Mega Man's universe.
