He just shoot her with his bloodlust activated from the get go, tho i dunno how good medaka's resistance to this is if she has any resistance to it

I guess, but i'm not the most knowledgable one about hajime so we'll see

What the luck could do? Because the moment she show hostility Hajime will kill her regardles of what she says or take, this a basic aspect of his current personality, against fodder he still can try to hold back and incap but against a opponent of his level or potentially dangerous he just go for the kill, and if you want to say that Medaka aura would make him her friend or something like that he is accustomed to his wives, which their pure charisma create sects and religions in various worlds.
Hajime precision is high enough that even an AI that defeated a futuristic world was hit by his shots, so he isn't gonna magically begin to miss.
His first move is also a physical 12x while his perception get a greater amp, he also can make it higher until reach a 60x amp.
Just his bloodlust make beings beings without emotions feel fear, turn people crazy and make them have hearts attacks, and make an ally AI see a hallucination of space breaking, a robot without mind feel a physical impact and a AI in the other side of the world pray despite be protected by spatial barriers along with a army of several hundreds of thousands at the very least (this last was also with just one instant of his bloodlust in a place where he was greatly nerfed to the point of be unable to use most of his powers and having just his two guns).
His will is also at the conceptual level, so along with his RE he can quickly develop resistances and abilities at the conceptual level.
He also automatically resurrect with time manipulation, have a army of thousands of abstracts beings and his own artifacts, both of them with various types of hax like spatial manip, time manip, soul manip, etc.
