Doesn't Helios has 1-B Power Null?

Someone needs to clear things up with the 1-B power null. If it really is that high and it's the first move, then it's a gone Medaka. If it's not, i guess we can just hope Medaka will start with hax before Bootleg Reinhard can start with his 1-B null.
