korosensei wont be able to teach anything to perfect medaka and since his sole reason for life is taken away he will kill himself :I
but seriously, medaka has universal scale skills who practically make her immortal and allow her to do sh*t that korosensei cant even understand, this is as if you let superman fight a completly normal human

^sorry dont know why i didnt saw that there was "resctrictions" before "strongest skills"(motlikely because i need to sleep), i thought that meant that 100% medaka fight korosensei
btw, how can i sound like a sockpuppet?
for the thread, with pure physical body i think korosensei can win, afterall medaka has hax but without it her body is actually not even above most of ordinary freezing-verse-girls,
either way, korosensei is to fast for medaka but im sure there are stuff that allows her to catch him, like 420 said, he is not really durable ^_^

^she still has the "word controls mind"-skill fight? and also "automatic-reflexes", they are also really powerful in close combat, if we dont exclude all supernatural powers from medaka i think she will always win
