SBA, both start 5 meters apart. Battle takes place in the Field of Hoped and Dreams. They both have optional equipment and half-way full TP bars.

Susie:

Ralsei: 2 (Armorchompy, Starterpack)

Ralsei's best bet here is Pacify, which he'll likely try and use as much as possible since he knows Susie will destroy her. I do think he takes it due to that, Pacify isn't instant but it is probably effective enough to take out Susie

Do they have full TP bars here? They both canonically fought, but Ralsei wasn't really trying to kill her, he only incapacitated her to try to talk to Lancer without Susie interrupting.

If they dont, them given Ralsei’s pacifistic nature and how Susie is easily stronger and more durable, she should easily be able to defeat Ralsei within a few hits.

If they do, then Ralsei incapacitates her with Pacify.

Iirc that's enough for two uses of Pacify, after which I doubt she'll be at full combat effectiveness, I'm keeping my Ralsei vote

Hm, I think I'm on Armor's side with this. If their TP bars were empty, I couldn't see Ralsei winning. And similarly, I wouldn't see Susie winning with full TP bars due to the fact that she's canonically been knocked out this way before. With half, it definitely is more even, but I do think that Ralsei should come out on top with Pacify in tow. Also, he has a gun, so insta-win GG.

I'm voting Ralsei.
