In Thanos (Marvel Cinematic Universe) AP description with the full Infinity Gaunlet it states "Later, during the events of Endgame, he threatened to reduce the universe to atoms and rebuild a new cosmos out of it".

From what I can recall whe don't accept this statement so shouldn't it be removed?. This statement has be used to try and upgrade him to 3-A which again wasn't accepted so I think a note should be put on his page explaining why we don't accept that statement.

I think we acknowledge that statement, hence the likely far higher, but due to the vagueness and reliability of the statement itself, the 3-A was rejected, as there was no method of proving he legitimately had the ability to do so. Though I wasn't present on the thread at that point, so I may be wrong

No, that's all correct. I agree with the statement being put under likely far higher due to it not being 100% definitive. I might be wrong, but despite having expansive knowledge on the stones, I doubt even Thanos knows about the Stones' fullest potential.

I was thinking in this as well, I agree with it.
