MCU Sanctuary II

This was already discussed in the MCU Phase 4 General Discussion Thread, but Imma just put it in this CRT
At around 1:57, a Leviathan gets owned by a blast from the Sanctuary II (rip), which we know no-sold Iron Man's 200 petawatt lasers


Afaik, no characters get directly hit by the blast. Not even Iron Spider, which the blasts mainly scale from.
So this would be an upgrade to 7-B / 7-B+ for the regular missiles and higher for bigger missiles, unless anyone considers it to be an outlier

Plus, as Dinobot1996 points out, it'll be a supporting feat for 'At least 7-B+' Tao Mandalas, which means Abomination needs a new key too since he one-shots Wong's Tao Mandalas

I agree with this.

In addition, it's shown immediately afterwards that Wong and other random sorcerers could block the blasts with their shields, so that would be supporting evidence for them having 'At least 7-B+' shields that could be added to the relevant profiles. Abomination's current form could also warrant a new key for being able to one-shot Wong's shields.

With him contacted we'd have two staff agreements and since this is pretty unanimous and uncontroversial it should be enough

Yeah it fine to apply since the cannons were hard coded to hit nothing besides shields, Thanos' army, and people who can no sell the attacks.

But being serious yeah I agree with the upgrade.

The Sanctuary II was a massive warship commanded by Thanos. It was likely named after Thanos' previous base of operations, Sanctuary. Tier: At least 8-C with Regular Missiles, Low 7-B with Larger Missiles. At least 7-A with Energy Cannons, far higher with Ballistic Missiles Name: Sanctuary II...

I’m still iffy with the whole blonsky and wong thing but for his tier and the fact his supposed to be one of hulks main villains that can go toe to toe with him physically it should be fine

And the key name should probably just be Shang Chi since he's appearing in more stuff and could have more feats later on in phase 4
