The post credit scene was without a doubt filmed during the production of The Marvels...In fact, I'd go as far as to say that its a clip straight from the movie (Sort of like the Civil War scene being in Ant-Man). Probably comes after around the 25 minute mark, following Kamala doing a montage of her doing heroics, her getting transported probably ties into something plot related from the movie

Never underestimate Kevin Feige's absolute hatred for the Inhumans. Man did a little trolling by releasing Multiverse of Madness before Ms. Marvel and having people think that an Inhuman rep was possible by naming dropping them in prior content.

This suit is alright, its a bit over designed and they should've just stook with the burkini concept, I dislike the sleeves on this thing though (They look ugly. Why does the MCU has such a hard time with designing the shoulders of character's costumes), and the sneakers are fine for now, but I'd prefer if she got the blue boots later on.

Their not “getting away” with anything. It’s not just Marvel/Disney either. Yes, they are currently the studio in need of the most VFX work but its all major studios.
Tbh, its easy to blame Marvel / Disney and vilify them but when you accept work w/ certain terms & conditions, you have to deliver. That’s more of a fault of the Heads of the VFX Studios not negotiating better terms. And yes, clout makes that harder for them.
What they are raising issues about is a problem of the VFX Industry as a whole. They’re not unionized like other sectors of the film industry. That’s what they need to do tbh.

Wall level is consistent throughout the series
Building level only comes from the Stark Drones being used by Damage Control, but only one is ever destroyed by Kamran (Who probably scales off of Kamala). I feel like the drones being building due to Spider-Man fighting them might be overplay from us.

They are specifically talking about Marvel Studios. That might also have an impact on the rest of the VFX industry as a whole but that impact directly comes from how big and influencial Disney is compared to others, because of that numerous if not most compagnies will work with them more out of necessity than anything since they're the biggest group in the industry and are basically everywhere.
Also, yes you have to deliver when you accept to work under a highly prolific compagny but that doesn't excuse making employess life shit (or mocking their work like Waititi recently). Blaming Marvel/Disney is easy yes, because it's mostly true. In this case at least
