Tbh, it makes sense that Kang would've at least either created (the unlikely option) or used Pym particles in the future so he was able to survive Immortus shrinking down the multiverse into a single timeline. It makes sense that hiding there would allow him to survive, since we know that regular laws of physics don't apply there.

Did the war take place in primarily just one timeline, or was it evenly spread out among all of them? Was there an infinite amount of variants participating? Was there any time traveling not just between timelines, but between each timelines own pasts and futures?

After awakening his full power Thor increased his tier to Large Mountain level+, due to being able to move massive storm clouds, on top of which, he downscales to Thanos, who was able to endure the power surge of the complete Infinity Gauntlet 2 times. Other characters like Bleeding Edge Iron Man, Captain America with Mjölnir and post-Sakaar training Hulk, among others, are also High 7-A.

Characters like Surtur, Odin and Thanos, scale to Island level due to being much stronger than the cast which is High 7-A, as well as Thanos himself surviving the Infinity Gauntlet. Characters like Scarlet Witch and Captain Marvel are also Island Level due to being able to overpower and overwhelm Thanos.

Sorcerers such as the Ancient One or Kaecilius are able to boost their power in the Mirror Dimension to City level+ while Kaecilius' boss Dormammu is a being from another "dimension"/universe known as the Dark Dimension, which he rules. Dormammu can individually fuse other universes into his Dark Dimension, making him Low Multiverse level and positioning him to be the most powerful character shown in the series so far.
