MCU K.E.V.I.N. Upgrade to Tier 1-A

MCU K.E.V.I.N. should be upgraded to Tier 1-A because Marvel Comics itself is shown onscreen to be fiction to K.E.V.I.N. and Marvel Comics contains the characters TOAA, Eternity and Death, which VS Battles lists as Tier 1-A but VS Battles currently lists MCU K.E.V.I.N. as Tier Low 1-C.

A character cannot be lower in Tier than characters it sees as part of a lower-dimensional work of fiction.

The She-Hulk final episode shows racks of Marvel Comics issues, including Avengers #175 of the Korvac Saga ...

If this is going to be rejected, please provide an explanation other than "we already decided this." What is the actual logic for rejecting this?

Is there anything to indicate that the comics are supposed to be representations of the Marvel cosmology, instead of just being a funny cool little reference?

This would imply even normal humans in MCU are stronger than all of the comics.

This is just a cool reference, nothing more.

LMFAO this again?

You need an insurmountable amount of evidence to prove that K.E.V.I.N. is actually far and above all the properties of Marvel, because this is not how we do things.

Worst part is this means even normal in MCU humans are 1-A

The entire scene in She-Hulk takes place on the Disney company campus. It is more than a funny cool little reference. The scene shows Disney company itself, which owns Marvel Comics, as the setting.

Yes lol. Movies have nothing to do with comics
But comics are literally there. And both belongs to marvel. If comics are there and present, shown, etc. Why it has nothing to do with MCU? Forget MCU, why it has nothing to do with KEVIN?

Let's pass this so that we can also make Tensura itself 1-C because the characters there sees verses like Dragon Ball as fictional manga, meaning Tensura has a reality-fiction difference to a 2-A cosmology.
This type of thread is funny as heck.

Is Tensura a Dragon ball character? If not its irrelevant.

I agree because its funny 🤭

Just a reference. I even think one of the writers or something said they are separate

No one except KEVIN scales.
She-Hulk is the only one to break the fourth wall and K.E.V.I.N. denies her access again. This would not apply to any other character. Not even She-Hulk, since the glitch was fixed.
You would need to prove the Comic Universe exists somewhere in a lower dimension of the MCU Universe. It could just be the comics exist, but TOAA, Galactus, etc don't actually exist in some lower dimension. For example, Marvel Comics exists in our world, but as far as we know TOAA doesn't exist in some lower dimension, and until we can prove that, we can't call ourselves 1-A.
