MCU Hulk should be High 7-A+

For those that aren't aware, these are the pages that need a High 7-A+ updarte

New Hulk key "Post-Sakaar" High 7-A+, higher with rage
New Thor key "Ragnarok" or "During Ragnarok" or "Early Ragnarok" or something along the lines of
Restricted Surtur
Fire Dragon

why does the dragon have a page anyway? He has 1 feat and 1 counter feat and they are contradictory
 
Shang-Chi and the Mandarin don't have anything higher than Wall level despite there being feats from the Rings that suggest them being far higher using the Rings

Wasn’t there a ten ring calc that was Low 7-C? Whatever happened to that?
 
We have a Low 7-C calc for the rings. No one made the CRT.

We were waiting for speed feats, but forgot about it.
 
It was simply that people couldn't agree on ratings I believe so that's why the CRT was never done
 
For his first key. It should be something like this:

Tier: 7-A, higher with rage

Attack Potency: Mountain level, Mountain level+ with rage

This is because the mountain level result is ridiculously close to mountain level+

Also we forgot to update his speed section
 
We did have plans to scale Shanghai Chi to Thor and Hulk. But he should really just get likely far higher as the director wasn't really specific.

That… sounds like a big fat outlier. Thor is literally a god and Hulk is a green dude that can destroy buildings and shit.
 
Actually that is something to be solved in it's own thread what with the Low 7-C feat still needing to be put into a CRT
 
It really isn't specific about what versions the director are talking about.

Likely far higher is better suited

The fact that he said "Thor and Hulk" together leads me to believe he was referring to their High 7-A+ versions considering Awakened Thor is well beyond Hulk

Wasn't the feat in question just a video that compared the ten rings to mjolnir? If i remember correctly it wasn't even a concrete statement but the video just showed mjolnir for like a second

Should the Hulkbuster armour be High 7-A only too? Cull Obsidian was having the upper hand and he kept calling Hulk to come out for help, even when Banner started surprising Cull by using jump moves Cull eventually still blocked his hit and sent him flying, and he only won in the end by outsmarting Cull.

That's just a skill diff plus Banner was inexperienced with the Hulkbuster and him calling out for the Hulk could be out of desperation and being more used to that
