MCU Hulk should be High 7-A+

A basic instruction of what needs to be edited would be appreciated as well, just to make sure I don’t forget anything

Actually it was from Xialing breaking the wall I think.

Shang-Chi and the Mandarin don't have anything higher than Wall level despite there being feats from the Rings that suggest them being far higher using the Rings

I'm pretty sure Hulk's 'higher with rage' should have also been added to his 7-A key in addition to his High 7-A key, as the guidebook description directly stating his strength increases with his rage applies to Hulk as early as the 2008 movie.

Tier: 7-A, higher with rage

Attack Potency: Mountain level, Mountain level+ with rage

This is because the mountain level result is ridiculously close to mountain level+

Also we forgot to update his speed section

The fact that he said "Thor and Hulk" together leads me to believe he was referring to their High 7-A+ versions considering Awakened Thor is well beyond Hulk

Wasn't the feat in question just a video that compared the ten rings to mjolnir? If i remember correctly it wasn't even a concrete statement but the video just showed mjolnir for like a second

Cull Obsidian was having the upper hand and he kept calling Hulk to come out for help, even when Banner started surprising Cull by using jump moves Cull eventually still blocked his hit and sent him flying, and he only won in the end by outsmarting Cull.

That's just a skill diff plus Banner was inexperienced with the Hulkbuster and him calling out for the Hulk could be out of desperation and being more used to that
