He reacted to a spacecraft that was going 0.2c (provided in the comic itself) from a very short distance.

Does this constitute enough for an upgrade or are additional scaling feats necessary? Opinions?

It is definitely a plot convenience outlier. He is listed as "peak human"/considerably slower than Spider-Man in the handbooks, and never demonstrates anywhere near such extreme speeds in practice.

That and if Ant were to accept this and implement it on Cap America, then we'd have to adjust all of the characters who have constantly been able to keep with him, which might not make sense for some others. Who, idk. But i'd rather keep Cap at where he;s at.
