Due to SCP-1831 and SCP-2480, the SCP verse has 11 dimensions. This could give 343 a High 1-C rating as he explicitly states that he created all SCPs and universes which includes literally everything
And before you say "no no you can't scale unless they're in the same story." The thing is, SCP-2480 is High Complex Mutli. Because of 1831 even though they are never mentioned
This could also apply to multiple other comparable SCPs such as S Andrew Swann's proposal, who is essentially, us. So us taking about this is comparable within the fiction.
