Okay, so for starters: The World of Void is stated to be, of course, an infinite void without space or time. Given how we have used these descriptions to justify 1-A characters before, we can safely assume that the World of Void is an outerversal realm.
This, of course, is relevant, as an incredibly suppressed Jiren was shaking the World of Void just by walking, and Goku awakening Ultra Instinct for the first time did the same thing. Meaning, even as early as the Autumn Special we have a 1-A feat.
This is also consistent with GoD Toppo warping the World of Void with Energy of Destruction, and of course he is on the level of a GoD despite having inferior overall capabilities. So the Gods of Destruction are 1-A as well.
And speaking of GoD Toppo, guess what? BSSB Vegeta kicked his ass. 1-A Vegeta.
I'd go into more blatantly 1-A feats, but we can already tell that the Tournament of Power has too many of them, so for your sake I'll just skip right to an explanation as to why Zeno and the Grand Priest should be High 1-A:
Zeno is described as "a god among gods", obviously meaning he transcends the GoDs, Angels, and everyone comparable to them just as they transcend mortals.
Grand Priest is actually superior to him, because OBVIOUSLY his ability to keep not one, but two Zenos at bay, makes him stronger than both of them combined. I'd even go as far as to say that he is "At least High 1-A".
So yeah, these upgrades should be applied ASAP, as they are very clear-cut.
