I have a few suggestions guys based on what's already been accepted

1.
Limited HDM for Time Patrol
As Domino said, The reason why that was happening was because Demigra was inside a Spacetime Door (essentially a time rift) at the time, and his immense power was destabilizing the door, which would start a chain reaction causing reality to collapse. Chronoa (with help from most of the Time Patrol) kept the door stable until Chamel was defeated.
Essentially that would mean that each of the time patrol would have limited HDM as well since they were all involved

Causality Manipulation (or at least limited anyways) for Demigra (Xenoverse Key)
He's capable of erasing beings across Timelines

Limited Causality Manipulation via Sealing for Demigra (Universe Creation Key)
He's capable of using the Time Labyrinth the effects of which we've already discussed

4.
Resistance to Time Manipulation and Time Stop for Demigra (Xenoverse Key)
He did absorb Toki Toki, a divine bird with the ability to create time within Universes and possesses the power to create and manipulate time and serves an important role in producing time itself. The fact that Toki Toki is able to do all these things and is responsible for Creating Time Itself, It would not be that much of a stretch to say that logically he can resist Temporal Effects since essentially makes time is his and this would extend to demigra as he absorb Toki Toki gaining all his powers

Creation for Demigra (Xenoverse Key)
Toki Toki can Create Time and Alternate Timelines and again Demigra absorbed him and has all his powers

Time Manipulation & Time Stop for Mechikabura (Time Power Unleashed Key)

If it's AP then it constitutes as an Immeasurable Lifting Strength Feat since they were essentially stabilizing the spacetime door through their strength alone and if left out of control, would cause the multiverse to collapse

It would grant Wizard Demigra a 2-A rating aswell so we should probably think how to word it. Maybe: Multi-Solar System level (Fought with Chronoa as an ordinary Kai, should be not that weaker than Toeiverse Shin), Multiverse level+ after absorbing Toki Toki (Absorbed Toki Toki and gained his power, becoming relative to Demon God Demigra)

The Future Warrior and Goku, in his Super Saiyan 3 form, rush to stop him as he unleashes a barrage of staves. Unfortunately, the Future Warrior is impaled by one of them and is mortally wounded, and a distracted Goku is felled as well, leaving both of them trapped in magic fields created by the staves. Helpless, they are unable to stop Demigra's destruction of history and the Future Warrior loses consciousness.

However, an alternate version of the Future Warrior wakes up in a strange void, and stumbles upon another time scroll, revealing to them their demise. The Future Warrior uses this scroll to teleport themselves to that moment after Demigra leaves through a wormhole and destroys the staves pinning Goku to the floor, allowing him to hold back the ball of energy threatening to destroy history while they chase after Demigra.

You make a good point, but the fact a time patroller, a veteran would just look at one scroll without checking out, seeing how much of a threat mechikabura is, wouldn't be better to assume that he checked all the scrolls before saying that statement, than just assuming he checked one. Also the description of attacks helps solidify the idea

At this point he had only been in the Time Patrol for a few days, and this was his first time viewing the scrolls. I agree with most of these, minus the Causality Manipulation. I should add for the first point that they way they talk about it, Chronoa seems to be doing most of the work, so it's possible that she was using spacetime manip to keep it stable and the other Patrollers were just fuelling her.
